For this purpose, a variety of different guided meditations, relaxation exercises and psychological techniques are available to you. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, our speaker will guide you through the exercises and explain everything step by step.

Our audio-guided trainings are now available for private users by subscription!

We offer you a few selected training targets and their techniques to try out.
To take full advantage of the Mindance app, you can choose from the following subscriptions:

1 month: 7.99
6 month: 39.99
1 year: 59.99

For this time, all new training goals and related training techniques are available to you. We also regularly release new exercises for in-between (Minis), which you also get Unlimited access to during your subscription.

Purchase Process:
- Once you sign up for a subscription with us, your iTunes account will automatically be charged the full price for the duration of the subscription.
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription.
- Your account will be automatically charged the full price for the next subscription period within the 24 hours before the subscription is renewed.
- You can manage your subscription in your iPhone settings. (turn off autamatic renewal, cancel, etc.).

Apple Health Kit integration:

Mindance offers Apple Health integration. This can be activated in the app settings under "General settings".
