I love this game but the nether portal or the watch tower or the other side in the village didn’t open up for me yet and I’m so high up I have the monster spawned block and it still didn’t open up
3 minutes in and this game’s already asking me to rate it.
Alright, there’s a good chunk to unpack here, and I know I’ll probably just get the same generic response that pretty much every review gets. So, it’s fairly fun for an idle game, and I do enjoy the system of having to save blocks for crafting later on down the road, like saving coal to smelt ores for bars and so on. However, there are some major issues. Skins, for one thing, are locked in one of two ways. Behind ads or behind loot boxes that cost $2 USD in which you have a 5% chance of getting one of the better skins. Emeralds take an absolute eternity to get. By the time you’ve finished the game and gotten the cake, you likely won’t even have enough emeralds to upgrade a single farm, which is the cheapest emerald upgrade I have found thus far. The better sets, the magic and dragon slayer, cost insane amounts of emeralds that you’ll either have to buy or grind for. And by the time you have them if you decide to grind for them, you’ll have absolutely no use for any of it. Another nitpick I have is the lack of transparency for the lighthouse. It’s levels just say “low chance” or “high chance” for emeralds on merge. Give us an actual number, please, because even the “high” chance hardly ever gives out emeralds. Contracts seem almost entirely down to the luck of running into the right monster in time. As is, it’s a good time waster, but I would strongly advise against spending any money on it.

Good time passer but freezes at end of ad in iPhone
1.) I was looking in the book and it said that I needed to reach Endstone block and I merged until I got a Snow Block and it counted towards getting the Endstone block then it told me to get the dragon egg block but I merged until I got the Ruby ore block and it also counted towards getting the Dragon Egg Block. 2.) The other thing that I needs fixing is the Block Shop because I recently got the Ruby Ore Block but in the Block Shop, it shows me that the recent Block I have is the Red Mushroom Block which is 2 merges before the Ruby Ore Block.
If you’re a fan of the grind and craft style of game play, this is a fantastic game for the first 2-3 days. After you have all the buildings built, and all the blocks up to cake crafted…. That’s it. You’re supposed to want to collect emeralds to open up the last gear but there’s literally no point in doing so. There’s no motivation to continue at all. As well, the emerald costs are FAR too expensive. I got just over 100 Total by literally Finishing the game, and it’s not enough to even buy a garden upgrade, which is 200, and the lowest cost for any emerald purchase. Just not well thought out, needs a significant amount of work to be playable past that point at all.
I can’t move the wood into the crafting table to be able to build any weapons or anything.
The original MineTap dulled in comparison to this overhaul however there is less quest content and I finished the whole town long before coming close to getting the last block.
