Why can’t I get the card events to work even when I close it and re opened it and even when I delete med it and re downloaded it still no working

I have waited almost two years for this to update and STILL NO UPDATE!!!!!!!!
Please fix my problem
Game is fun but i sent an email to customer support for the longest time but theres still no reply. I bought the starter pack but i only got the ad block. Did not get the gem, packs, and gold up. Please fix. Sent an email with proof
Good game
The game is good and it would be 5 stars but there is no support option in game. I have purchased 10 dollars worth of gems and never got them. I hit restore purchases and nothing still. I figured it didn’t go through and repurchased them and got double charged for it.

It’s definitely my favorite. I deleted it because it took way too long love the cards. I only have them. I really want the deer. I have like the little monster guy. This is a really cool game is not with Little are always popping up. Almost never popped up. There’s only a couple like every 15 to 20 minutes.
Good but..
I love the game the only complaint I have is that it forces you to move on to the second set before completing set one. The only way to complete set one is to buy packs from the store. It would have been nice to be able to go back and continue playing to complete set one instead of being forced to move on and forced to buy them instead.
Slow updates
Updates are way too slow. You have 5 places for card packs but for months and months only have 2 available caused game to come to a screeching halt. DO BETTER!!!!!!
I feel kinda scammed
I spent $7 on the no ads and the 2 packs and 1000 gems and it never game me anything. I either want a refund or what I paid for. This is not cool
