Minimalist Journal

The app is great. I purchased it within a few minutes of using it because it truly did provide an experience I thought was worth the money. However, after some time using it… I realized I kept touching the dates on the left with my hand while I write! So, for left handers, know that will probably happen to you too. It would be great if there was a left-handed toggle!

If you want basic simple almost like a real diary this is the app!

This app is great for journaling. I believe more features with Apple Pencil should be added so that you can write in different colors and so forth. I use this app for journaling during Bible studies and others I’ve suggested it to, wished it had more compatibility with the Apple Pencil.

Clean, Simple, and distraction free. The writing is easy with accurate palm rejection when using Apple Pencil. The journal comes with basic but absolutely necessary tools for an enriching journaling experience. Password protection, export entries to pdf, and highlighter, are just few of my favorite additions to this app. Thank you for creating an affordable and helpful app.

Love this app. All I wanted was a simple journal and this app is it. A one time purchase is totally worth it. Highly recommend.

This is the best journaling app I’ve found so far. It’s intuitive and the one time fee of $9.00 for unlimited entries is more than fair to me. I’ve been using it just about daily for two weeks and have a few points of feedback: 1. The ruled lines in dark mode are virtually invisible unless the screen brightness is close to max. I’d like the lines to be made a bit lighter or brighter so that I can see them and ensure my handwriting remains tidy. 2. I’m left handed so the side of my palm will accidentally hit the dates on the side of the screen resulting in jumps to past or future entries and a flow break. I’d like the opportunity to move the menu to the right side. 3. *bonus* I’m sure this goes against the idea of minimalism but I would love to see a color wheel for ink options. Perhaps behind the paywall for unlimited entries? As is, this app is an outstanding option for simplistic journaling. A few tweaks will make it perfect. Thank you!
