This has changed the way I relate with my phone. It was getting toxic and was impacting my relationships, work, focus, goals. Since I’ve implemented this app I feel like I’ve regained my capacity to be present with life in front of me instead of sucked in to my phone. It’s a game changer and I def recommend!

Was clunky to set up, instead of showing me apps i have to choose from it had a list of random apps that I don't own. And then it had mysoginist language talking about women making duck faces. Frankly if you can’t handle people acting like people then hide away in your basement please. Let women exist the way they want to exist.

This app has a wonderful and straightforward design, very easy to set up and use. I'm looking forward to reducing the clutter on my phone and reducing my screentime with this! The support team got back to me within minutes when I contacted them with a question. I recommend this app as a breath of fresh air for your digital life!
