MiniYT for YouTube

I left a negative review last year but I’m updating it because it’s no longer relevant. App works great, not a full on YouTube experience but it’s enough if you only have your watch around. Since I see a review saying the app isn’t available on some Apple Watches, mine is a SE and it works.

this app doesnt support apple watch 2,3 and some revisions of 4! WASTE OF MONEY!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

Got this for my Apple Watch Ultra and was hoping for an app that worked. Being that I paid for it and all. Outside of the long loading and buffering the video eventually plays, which to me would be the more difficult part. The audio is nonexistent. Tried all of the available servers on the second page, but no dice. Went to the discord as suggested and tried to submit a ticket but wasn’t allowed because the maximum number of tickets had been reached. I’d really love for this to work. It is a fantastic concept and you’re 85% there. I’d pay $20 for a working version : )

I read some of the other terrible reviews before purchasing this app. I thought I would take the gamble for two dollars. I can search out videos that I want to watch however, that’s really it. The videos never play. I’ve tried Wi-Fi at multiple locations and I have also tried using my phone as a hotspot for it. I wouldn’t be surprised if YouTube is not even associated with this app I don’t see them putting out an app that doesn’t work for anyone lol that being said, I really can’t complain much because it was only two dollars and maybe by some chance it will work in the future. Thanks. By the way, I also downloaded this onto my iPhone thinking that maybe I can set it up better for my watch through my phone and the only thing that shows up is a link to their discord whenever I click on the app. Nothing else just that which is kind of super sketchy to me.

Just bought and there is no sound on apple watch ultra and keyboard doesnt work. Do not buy unless you want to see videos without sound. I tried earbuds on and off and doesnt work

The sound completely stopped all of a sudden I’ve deleted the app several times and reloaded it several times… And it’s not making a difference what can I do to fix this? Before I delete this entirely? please let me know 🙏 😀
