Description
MinkPolice is a new Generation Trap Sensor that you mount onto your animal trap in order to monitor the trap status. MinkPolice notifies you via push, email and/or text message whenever the trap shuts. This app lets you manage your device settings and also monitor your traps 24/7.
MinkPolice units are waterproof and battery driven. Every unit consists of a box, a magnet, and an antenna. The magnet is connected to the trap door and is pulled off whenever the trap shuts, and the system will immediately notify you by push, email, and/or SMS.
With this app, you can easily set up and configure your MinkPolice units. You can edit which email addresses and phone numbers notifications should be sent to. In addition, you can set a time for daily notification messages. Daily notification messages summarize the status of all of your traps in one message.
The MinkPolice units communicate with the MinkPolice server. You can see the live status of all of your traps in your online profile. The server also monitors expected daily control messages from the units and notifies you immediately if such a message is not received.
