Very bad quality.
I’ve recently moved to a new state and have to retest the written portion in order to renew my license before my 21st birthday. In order to study and learn Minnesota laws, I’ve downloaded a couple apps and wished to remain hopeful regarding this one. This app is poorly made, is filled with poor grammar/word usage making it nearly impossible to even understand what questions are being asked, etc. If you need to study or to learn quick test questions, I highly recommend using another app or website as this one is very poor in quality
