exactly what i was looking for, and the price seems very reasonable. instructions are thoughtfully written out.
Awesome App designed to help people like me with anxiety. Based on cognitive behavioral therapy, this app is solid and a very delightful experience. Helps reframe negative thoughts and improve your mental health. Good job!
