Annoying bank
Like every single transaction I make from another bank to My Mintyn bank, always gives me headaches before it will reflect on my balance. Customer care the worst you can put your hope on, 0 service provider and not efficient at all. Always saying “we are away now” yet you said 24/7 hour support. the customer support on twitter takes 7hours to respond, WhatsApp can take eternity. Fr you guys have a long work to do to even stand in comparison with 7th grade micro finance banks 😒

Overbearing emails
The emails from Mintyn bank are clogging my inbox. What exactly is happening. And there isn’t a button or clickable link to unsubscribe. This won’t make someone use your account. Being overbearing has never been a good move in any relationship
