Amazing. Just with the trial version, I see that it is able to capture mix Bhs Indonesia + English perfectly. Much better than a competitor’s that I using paid version with. I am switching to this.

I’ve been using Minutes.AI for nearly a month to record and summarize work meetings, and I purchased a one-year subscription after a promising trial. However, despite my active subscription (valid until October 2025), the app repeatedly prompts me to resubscribe, both on my laptop and phone, preventing me from using the service I’ve already paid for. The app also has frequently failed to save recordings, causing me to lose numerous important meetings, which severely impacts my productivity. In addition, the prompt has its own issues. The specific work terminology and abbreviations I include are often omitted from the summary, making it inaccurate, and the UX is frustratingly flawed; it autocorrects my input incorrectly and often blocks attempts to fix it. Despite sending screenshots, screen recordings, and detailed descriptions to Customer Support, I’ve received a very delayed response. Now I’m left with a non-functional app that I’ve only managed to use (with significant issues) for three weeks out of a year-long subscription. Due to the ongoing access issues, poor functionality, and delayed support, I’m requesting a full refund through the Apple Store, as the app hasn’t delivered the service promised.

I was charged every month and then it was all deleted and I am still being charged!

They want your apple id or google id to create account. Wish they had more options for users who don’t want to use either.

I have been using the app for about two months now, and it has been incredibly helpful in taking notes and keeping track of everything discussed in meetings. However, when I logged in this morning, I found myself automatically logged out, even though my subscription is still active. To make matters worse, all my meeting minutes I regularly review to recall what happened in meetings—are gone. This is extremely frustrating, as those notes were an essential part of my workflow, and there seems to be no way to retrieve them. Additionally, the app’s subscription system is very confusing. Despite my account showing as active, the app still prompts me to subscribe. Why would a customer be asked to subscribe again if their account is already active? This experience has made me lose trust in the app. Losing all my meeting notes is a major disruption, and I no longer feel confident relying on this service.

The free trial I had no problems that I decided to just go all in, which wasn’t a good idea. There was some occasions the app said it couldn’t detect voice, the app would crash, etc. i wanted to love this app but im not completely satisfied

Love this app. The option for a summary and separating the speakers perfect!
