MIO: Training Insights

I never felt so betrayed by a company before. Imagine screwing over the customers that bought and were loyal to your product! Sadly I really like my MIO-Fuse, but I will NEVER abut anything from this company again.

Only gave it 1 star because I had too No longer supporting product, terrible business

So the app won’t open anymore? And I can’t find the developer website? Not cool.

I have been unable to even open this app since prior to the last bug fix. Since then the country list has been restricted to China and the US. Which means I cannot even sign in to troubleshoot with MIO Support. Will change to another HRM if unable to use app and leverage data collection and analysis. Please restore service to Canada.

No longer supporting your own product deems it useless for the people who bought it.

Worst support ever. I will never buy MIO again. They were sold to orange theory members. Unable to use with new app. Unable to download old app. MIO is garbage.

If you wanted to start anew, then change names. We purchased a Mio Link but unfortunately this NEW Mio company does not think it is necessary to support old Mio products Well then you have lost a user and I will let everyone know to NEVER purchase a Mio product. Buy a Polar, Garmin, Wahoo or the 100 different brands of fitness trackers before purchasing any Mio branded products The products themselves weren’t great to begin with doubt your new MioPOD is any different

Honest managers would retire Mio brand if they want to start from clean slate. Greedy inexperienced graduates without adult supervision want profit at any cost. Hope they will learn from star rating of one. This APP shuts doors on many device owners. Buyers be wary. One day door will be shut before you
