I cannot even log in to my account

Application stuck at login page

Mirae should make it easy and convenient for clients to change bank details on the app itself rather than fill forms and send documents via email or visit their branches. The app is fool proof and identifies a client with Face ID when logging in, so the app should accept upload of documents and change details as and when required.

Difficult to navigate. Very poorly designed user interface. Not able to see how much units I am holding in my schemes in any screen. Not able to see latest transactions and units allocated. This is probably repeat feedback. Pls benchmark yourself against other AMC’s to know your gaps

90% times app is not logging in. It shows “Unknown error, please try later”. What is the point of downloading an app if every time you have to login on website.

Very easy to use. It would be nice to have a YouTube video that explains what you can do in the app.

Can’t login with registered email

Though I have invested money thru various schemes, it is showing Zero balance
