Still working in Stone Age , worst acct opening process , it’s like a government organisation , not at all worrying abt client .. better to look for other brokers

Since last update when i open the app first page appear in full screen. When i click on next, suddenly i see black screen on top in iPhone. Initially this issue was not there in app but since last update (not today’s one) facing this issue. Unable to provide screenshot here otherwise you can see clearly see whats the issue.

No response on the chat or the phone. One of the most pathetic customer services

The Capital Gain report never opens. Always showing error codes.

The app doesn’t have option to top up or withdraw cash. For fund transfer option, I need to use web application. Please consider to add this feature within the app as this is quite a basic feature(PS- I am an NRI customer, not sure if this feature is available to domestic customers)

Too many options. Not simple to use. Every time ask username and password even registered with touchid. At least Sharekhan can improve their options by seeing other apps in the market.

iPhone app, terrible experience on IPAD. Does not work in landscape.

Very very bad..

This app is terribly designed. 1. The login process is extremely cumbersome. Why do I need to enter two passwords every time I need to login. Why can’t a simpler process - like a pin or Touch ID be used once authenticated. 2. Also the screens seem to have been designed for laptops and don’t work on mobile. The hamburger menu has too many items. 3. To access different items from the home screen, it requires Too many scrolls left and right. 4. There is a useless opening banner which wastes a click. The whole app needs to be redesigned.

I work with an investment bank and looking at this app, i can say that its way behind the competition. 1) no app for ipad- I dont think its thats difficult to develop one 2)The app doesn't display the daily charts. How on earth am i supposed to trade without that.
