I can login on my PC no problem. The app will not allow me to login with my same credentials.

East to use and present my tickets at the theatre. Never had a problem. Love the digital programs!!

Unfortunately unable to book tickets through the app (receive error) always need to call in or book it through PC. Do appreciate that I can access tickets though.

I generally like the app for accessing my tickets and using my subscriber card for concessions. However I was late arriving to a show recently and received an error message when trying to show my tickets to be scanned for entry. Logging out and back in didn’t fix the issue. Everything was fine earlier in the day when I checked my tickets and nothing was wrong with my tickets for shows at later dates. I was forced to go to the box office to get my tickets printed. Random bad luck or will mobile tickets never be accessible if you’re late?

The user experience is terrible. The app is slow and laggy, and it looks so shady don’t wanna buy a ticket here.

Login is broken even for new accounts? Also I had a Mirvish lottery account as well but that looks like a separate account?

The app will not allow me to login using the same 60 character password that I have and use on my desktop computer.

It seems that issues i and many others have had previously have been resolved. The app is good you can view all your tickets to upcoming shows and also purchase tickets you can also look at digital programs before and after the show. My only complaint is that you can not add tickets to your Apple Wallet which would be a much appropriated feature if Mirvish decides to implement it in the future. Old review below. The Mirvish app was good but now I cannot view my tickets in the app I can still view them online on my account and everything else just not in the mirvish app anymore. Please fix this issue.

This worked well until the 10th of August. After that, I couldn’t access the account and couldn’t set a new password- even after several 4 requests (2 in writing and 2 by phone) nothing has been done!!!
