Редко работает , ошибку выдает постоянно
Не работает ни приложение ни поддержка!
Долго пользовались приложением, ребенку нравилось играть и вот в один день пишет что не подкладки попробуйте обновить, обновили все что только можно было, эффекта никакого, а что самое интересное что даже возможности отменить подписку нет, дальше заставки приложение не открывается и вот естественно уже списали за следующий месяц, а приложение не работают! В поддержку вашу писали, ответ пришел что вы работа не тол ко по будням, и ответите в рабочее время, прошло 2 недели , так и ждем ответа! Но деньги списать вы естественно не забываете!
Не работает
Закачала последнюю версию. Обновления с Профессиями нет. Есть только самый первый блок про животных, на всем остальном написано «скоро». Нет опций подписок. На андроид все работает, есть разные «миры», можно купить подписку. Почему на айфон ничего не работает???

Добрый день! Хочу поделиться опытом использования данного продукта. Ребенка 4 года. В настоящий период занимаемся 2 раза в неделю с логопедом. Случайно натолкнулись на эту игру. Решили попробовать в течении месяца как зайдет ребенку. Здесь и занятие схожее с тем, что ид т и логопеда ( результат хороший , и игры и прекрасная аудиокнига про эмоции и творчество. Спасибо разработчикам за такой увлекательный контент.

Я удалила приложение сразу, а у меня идет попытка списания подписки. В подписках приложения нет. Как отменить? Мы не пользуемся
Лучшее приложение для детей
Увлекательные задания, яркая живая красивая анимация, приятные голоса и постоянные обновления, дочь 7лет с аутизмом с радостью занимается, черпает вдохновение для рисунков с Ави, спасибо за такую интересную подачу обучения и помощи нашим детям!
Списывают деньги молча
Сейчас все расскажу, увидела рекомендацию у знакомой что приложение супер детям заниматься самое то. Скачала зарегистрировалась, ну естественно оплата 1 рубль в месяц а потом по 650р. Ну что мы хотим в течении двух недель списали 650, и вчера тоже 650. А приложении уже давно не пользуемся и удалили. Не приятно, отменила подписку и написала в поддержку, они говорят что не могут сделать возврат средств, ну короче говоря наживаются на людях, и так же чтобы удалить аккаунт нужно делать все через поддержку. Деньги не вернули, зато предложили платить по 350 рублей
ЛОХОТРОН
Ужасно, делают подарок через озон или валлберис пишут, что бесплатно на год, а сами снимают по 650 р. Им пишешь, что не нужна подписка. Ни чего не можем поделать деньги вернуть тоже не можем. ЛОХОТРОН
