This app is barely usable. Awful interface. It is like a glorified web browser that directs you to their website. Things take forever to load. The interface is awful. Between the loading times and the interface it took me 10 minutes to even get to the menu to change my contributions. Nothing intuitive.
Getting better, but still bad. This app is missing basic features: -Does not remember user name and/or password -Does not allow Face ID login. It has a checkbox offering to enable it but that doesn’t work, even after deleting and reinstalling the app -Does not allow a quick login to view balance then a full login to make changes -Does not have a widget to quickly check balance -Does not have a chart to see balance trends
After continuing notice to Mission Square, nothing has been done to fix the most basic faults of this app. Still no biometric log in, and still, the app does not remember login information. Absolutely nothing from the Developer or Mission Square management.
Horrible app with lousy navigation functionality. Multiple situations where you end up on a page with no way to get back to a prior page. Prime example; click the link to open a fund profile and you are taken to a static page with no way to exit. You have to close the app and start over. Luckily my employer is dumping Mission Square at the end of the year and switching to a different firm.
This App doesn’t even support facial recognition to open the account. No response for inquiries.
Please go back to allowing the user name and password at login to be autofilled. Such a simple feature improves the experience so much.
How do I get Face ID to work on your app? Every other app I have has Face ID. Very disappointing.

I have an acccount with you all that I’ve had for about three years. I always ask for a paper statement but yet I never get one. I tried again and to look at my account and then there’s always trouble so I do not find this site user-friendly, and I would like to have.paper statements each month.
