Worst app ever made. On the original website claims that all orders above 49e have free delivery if you download and order from the phone app, however, when I tried to buy a car battery of 70 euro, it asked me for another 12 euro and wasn't even able to change my address when trying to order. Then 5e for express delivery that claims to come only one day earlier than the standard one? This must be a joke 🤦♂️😂 Big SCAM app
Rating the actual app, as it has so many bugs that do not get resolved. As a supplier of spares, they are great. I was using Mister Auto for many years. However, we had to move to a different address and it does not let me to change my address details, and now it doesn’t let me to see account details at all.
I used to love this app and I would use it regularly now it constantly asks to prove I’m not a robot. Completely unusable now. Pitty as it was a good app before the update
App won’t allow to add car constant robot verification and say account blocked.
Ordered two. Delivered in a week. Saved 330 euro against main dealer price. Checked OEM part numbers before purchasing. No problems. Need to be careful if you have a right hand drive but OEM part numbers are accurate. Installed both without issue. Recommended.

If they could fix their delivery issues this would be a 5 star review but waiting 2 weeks for parts can be frustrating.
The shipping address entry has problem. When I want to add an additional shipping address, I cannot enter the City, and address line 1. It returned blank after I entered the details, and continued to say’Please enter this field’ I don’t know what was expected by the app. That means I cannot place an order properly…..
