I’m trying to delete my account after the charges of some bank fees hidden. I give you a bit more... I tried to open a business account and paid 500 euros for receiving a no go because of no explanation. Never received the 500 euros back. They open a personal account that no one asked for instead and charged me with fees I never agreed upon. Fine, perhaps is my fault... but I’m trying to delete the account now and the app is faulty on that bit. Very disappointed, don’t trust this people.

Although they just disabled biometrics altogether instead of working to make Face ID work but hey we can actually use the app now! Great bank for anyone in crypto.

Setup was straightforward and I managed to scan my passport and be verified in under 5 minutes, so I can confirm it works fine. Free card ordering and delivery. I think it’s early days and app is very simple in design, but let’s see where they go with this.

You need delete and reinstall it again everytime you use it... annoying

I tried to up load my ID which is auto scan and they accept Government but not a drivers license ah well show how bad they are by the reviews. There is no way to upload manually and support are not much better. I think they are only thinking what ID they use in the country the app is made and not the rest of the world. Avoid if you are in the UK
