MIT Federal Credit Union Reviews

Largely functional!

Eraoz on

United States

My one gripe with the app is the ATM locator — having to open a web interface within the app to find an ATM is something of a pain, and even more so when the filtering feature is so clunky. I’ve also found inaccurate information regarding ATMs (eg one ATM near my office is listed as “deposit-accepting” when it is, in fact, not) and there doesn’t seem to be any way to report such inaccuracies.

Great service always!

Never a problem!

Mobile Check deposit not working with iOS 16.1.2 update

DaXcub on

United States

Recent iPhone software update doesn’t seem to support camera function for mobile deposit after the 16.1.2 iOS update. This takes away major functionality of remote banking.

Interest rate abysmal

Please consult with other credit unions who have stellar apps. I love banking locally but as an employee of MIT I expect better.
