This app is not up to par with the price of the lights they sell. There’s a button where you’re supposed to be able to change the default settings for the time/intensity but it doesn’t work. Every time I use the light I have to adjust the time/intensity manually, which is really annoying. There needs to be an option to create custom settings that you can save. I really don’t understand the purpose of having an app when you have much more control using the panel itself. The UI looks like something you would have seen on an iPod touch. It’s like they just pushed out the cheapest app they could so they could say they have an app like their competitors. Really disappointed that this is what you get when you buy a $1200 light.

I just paid over $3000 for the MitoPRO Elite. 1. This app will not connect to the panel. 2. There are no instructions on how to enable Bluetooth on the panel 3. There are no instructions or FAQ anywhere (app, website or instruction manual) on if the app is compatible with the panel and if so, how to connect them. 4. Even though I can’t get the app to connect to the panel I am able to see the app has horrible UX design. It just lists wavelengths, without provide any context as to which wavelengths are helpful for which conditions or types of treatments. Come on Mito - you can do better than this.

I download. Tried to set up an account through the website. Didn’t work. Set it up many more times. Didn’t work. Tried to reset a login when I thought it sort of worked. Finally gave up …errors on their website continuously and no ability to login on via this app. maybe this is why a lot of people haven’t said that they’ve used this app. I even went on their website to tell Customer Service. Customer Service said they’d get back to me in moments. After a long wait, I considered myself ghosted by them.
