Captions are not great
I find the AI is not great. It doesn’t seem to learn given the number of edits I need to make! Also, when the text bubbles have no text, they create spaces in the caption.

Not able to edit captions - it just says oh no siri couldn’t recognise some words and takes you back to the start
Haven’t had a chance to use before being forced to review
I am still in the process of trying to make my first video and it won’t let me proceed without writing a review. So my review is that I have no idea whether this product is any good because I don’t have a single outcome to judge the quality.

Latest Update Not Working on iOS 12.5.7. App Crashes as Soon as Starts. Apple needs a roll back on apps feature.
Charged without permission
I chose the three day trial, unsubscribed after about ten minutes of using the app, but was still charged for the $60 yearly subscription.
Terrible
I was supposed to be given a 3 day trial period which never happened, I was charged $59.99 for a yearly subscription which is absurd because I cancelled the same day.
Great for quick closed captioning
Really simple and easy to use. The only thing I wish it had would be the ability to manually adjust where you want the captions, but other than that, I highly recommend.
