Le impastatrici Bernardi della serie Miss Baker e BTS sono dotate di un pannello di comandi touch-system dalla quale si può facilmente regolare il sistema di movimento bracci ad inverter a 5 velocità (da 35 e 65 battute al minuto). Il motore ad induzione ad alta efficienza permette di ottenere un’elevata coppia motrice con minimi consumi e in assoluta silenziosità. Il sistema di arresto di emergenza a doppio canale (Safety Torque Off) consente inoltre all’utilizzatore di lavorare in sicurezza. Sulle impastatrici è presente un sistema di comunicazione Bluetooth per l’utilizzo dell’applicazione proprietaria “MixDrive“, scaricabile gratuitamente da AppStore, che permette all’utilizzatore di regolare le velocità della macchina a distanza.
