Не грузятся пресеты
Здравствуйте, очень нравиться ваше приложение, не жалко пять звезд поставить, вот только не грузятся купленные пресеты. И похоже не у меня одной. Складывается впечатление, что автор просто забил на приложение.

Не на адроид не на айфоне не работает загрузка пресетов!!! На андроид вылетает»что то пошло не так» На айфон 12 про макс просто бесконечная загрузка…
Нет соединения с сервером.
Отсутствует соединение с сервером для загрузки новых пресетов.
Всё хорошо, но не могу скачать песню
Здравствуйте, команда разработчиков первой части приложения mixpads! У меня давно возникает проблема: после того как я сделал песнюи записал в вашем приложении, я перехожу в плейлист и хочу сохранить песню на устройство( хотя бы на приложение файлы), нажимаю на зелёную кнопку поделиться и ничего не происходит, поэтому мне приходится записывать уже с устройства экран, а потом видео конвертировать в аудио… у меня IPad Pro 2018 12.9… надеюсь в ближайшей версии вы исправите это…

Купила про версию, но все равно все функции закрыты. Что сейчас делать?
После покупки не удаётся войти
Добрый день, попробовал приложение в бесплатном режиме, понравилось. Как только купил, не смог ни разу зайти, вылетает. Приложение обновлял, телефон перезапускал, настройки все проверил-не знаю в чем причина. Сообщите, что сделать необходимо? Пока 2 звезды

Вылетает при входе в приложение
После покупки про версии, скачал deep пак, во время скачивания приложение закрылось, и больше не открывается, деньги сняли, что делать?
