I love this product as I’ve received it as a gift from other family members. I downloaded the app and created a large order which took some time. Then I was told by customer service there is a glitch and they can’t process it. And you can’t go onto the website and try to submit it because the website and the app do not talk to each other, which is completely ridiculous! So you lose everything. It’s like you have two different accounts. A very big waste of time and I’m frustrated as these should have been holiday gifts.
Great gift option!
I have sets of tiles in themes around my house. I have a family wall, extended family wall, friends wall and pet wall. When people come to visit they always share how they love to see all the pictures. So now, I gift Mixtiles to friends and family. They are a very personal gift and the recipients always love them!
