Nice App
Absolutely bad experience
Absolutely rubbish app. I had high hopes and expectations based on the marketing but unfortunately this is disappointing. The app lags alot, the interface and navigation is really poor. Slow loading time. Unfair requirements for a new user to open their live, if the live is only for agency hosts please mention it. Hosts dont interact with the audience. No guidelines or FAQs on how to purchase coins to gift, or how to navigate around the app. Poor customer service. Absolutely rubbish. Whoever created the app, kindly do read this review. EXPAND YOUR OFFERINGS! And ensure the services are being provided! Work on building TRUST ! Useless hosts and their marketing will lead the app to fail. I hope the developers take this feedback seriously.
