Never had an issue booking reservations. Just make sure you are a couple hours in advance of start time and have card updated on file. Pretty sure that resolves all the issues people are complaining about here.

Downloaded because I’m going on a long trip next week and wanted to reserve a spot in the saver lot. App won’t take reservations at all. Decided to book at a different lot nearby.

App gives errors when trying to book.

Buggy, can’t actually make reservations.

Won’t save your login info, no Face ID, doesn’t tell you what floors of the garage are closed. Not sure I’ve experienced an app this bad since iOS 1.

App never works anymore. Every time I launch it, it "can't connect to server". Their website is doubly bad.

The first time I used the app, I scanned my phone, the gate opened and I parked for several days. When I flew back to MKE (near midnight), I tried to scan my phone but it didn’t recognize it. I then had to call someone for help and it took another ten minutes for them to find me in the system, charge my account and open the gate for me to leave. The next time I tried using it, my phone wouldn’t scan at all and I just took a ticket. The following attempt I tried making a reservation first. Unfortunately I came back early on my trip and I was overcharged for the parking. Now the most recent attempt resulted in me being double charged. In the meantime I will use the private parking on Howell. Their system works and I get a free water after every trip - all at a lower cost.

Beware! This app is horribly setup and executed linked with your credit card. You maybe incorrectly charged! And, must notify their contact info. to correct the wrong billing IMMEDIATELY. Recently, I entered the main parking garage via scanning my iPhone with this app. The gate had risen, so I entered. Four days later, I returned from my trip, exited a payment lane scanned the app again, NOTHING. Then tried scanning a second different bar code reader and the exit lane gate rose and let me out. Trouble is, NO automatic receipt in the “parking history”. I find out later that my credit card is still be indefinitely charged?! Their system erred and still thought my vehicle is parked in the garage?! How does this happen? I wouldn’t bother with this app any longer. It’s a poorly designed parking system and app that I’ve now had trouble more than once with it. No more for me. Done with this inconvenient hassle. Rewards or not.

Wow, this is so bad compared to other parking apps. Why do you need my address? Why don’t you remember who I am? Why don’t you produce a barcode for my Apple Wallet? Typical MKE airport half baked everything.

Unlike most other apps, this app doesn’t remember who you are and you have to take the time to type in your email and password. It would be an improvement to have it store your username and be able to use the saved password feature of your phone.
