It’s a great app

I have been an MMG customer for yours. I love the fact that they allowed us, digicel sim users to use that sim to sign up. It’s fast, easy and efficient. Although, I think they are somewhat bias. I’ve never had opportunities to win any prizes from them and I’m starting to think it’s because I’m NOT GTT sim user with the MMG account.

MMG is grate but not having a easier way to tap up is kinda annoying. Maybe somehow let you add money to MMG using your credit cards. So I don’t have to leave my house to tap up my wallet. I first thought that’s how it works but after signing up I realized you can’t you need to go at some store or someone else to tap up.

After entering OTP, the “proceed” option does not work. Even pressing “go” directly from the apple keyboard is unresponsive

This app is starting to glitch so badly when trying to enter the OTP. The proceed button doesn’t work on the first try and you have to keep trying multiple times until you get into your account if at all via the app.

Have instances where I sign up it keeps saying processing then I am unable even to long in .

I am trying to set up an acc but the buttons don’t work at all!!!!

Was trying to recover my password and it just froze on me. Before it froze I had 2 more chances before the account locked, after it unfreezed it said I tried 9 times to recover
