M.M.Warburg & CO’s SecureMessaging app is a state-of-the-art, secure way of authorizing your M.M. Warburg Bank online banking transactions.
A push notification informs you when a transaction needs authorization, allowing you to approve it using a fingerprint, Face ID, or a password.
To ensure transparency, the transaction concerned is displayed in the app.
If you do not receive push notifications, you can display and approve transactions in the app within 4 minutes of entering them.
What if you don’t have network coverage?
In this case, you can generate a QR code in the online banking system and scan it using the app. When approving transactions using QR codes you will be sent a TAN (transaction authentication number) in the app, which you can use to approve the transaction in the online banking system.
Security takes pride of place with the SecureMessaging app. It is regularly reviewed by external security experts and its developers are CSSLP-certified (CSSLP stands for “Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional”). The development process is required to meet strict standards and is ISAE 3402 audited.
All communication between the app and M.M. Warburg Bank’s online banking system is encrypted.
