Buchung hat gut geklappt, einen Tag vorher nochmal per Nachricht die Bestätigung. Die Helfer waren pünktlich. Verständig war leider weder auf englisch noch irgendwie anders möglich, aber ging doch alles schnell und ohne Probleme!

Hab vor einem Tag reserviert aber der Fahrer nie gekommen und Kundendienst sehr unhöflich und frech!
Einfach nicht aufgetaucht!!! Unpredictable
Ja preise sind gut. Wenn aber niemand auftaucht ist dass sehr ärgerlich. Gibt keine tel nr an die man sich wenden kann, wir haben 30‘ gewarter und dann über ebay spontan buchen müssen. Pain!
Nettes Team, sehr guter Service
Habe kurzfristig einen kleinen Transport von einem Möbelstück für eine Stunde gebucht und es hat total gut geklappt. Die Helfer sind sehr gut und vorsichtig mit dem Möbelstück (aus Holz und Glas) umgegangen. Die Kommunikation war etwas kreuz und quer, aber es hat alles gepasst. Danke!

Das ist Wahnsinn innerhalb in 1 Stunde kommt
Leider, Umzugsunternehmen was hab ich gebucht hat einfach nicht geantwortet. Auf die Suche eine spontane Umzugsunternehmen habe ich Mobelup gefunden. innerhalb in 1 Stunde war da und hat meine Umzug gemacht mit drei große LKW nur mit 58 € die Stunde das ist unglaublich. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen.
Useless
Booked the move 3 days in advance. Movers messaged to say they would be three hours late for a 2 hour move. Had to cancel the move because people helping me had to get to work. No accountability. Don’t recommend at all.

4 Klicks und der Umzug ist gebucht. Überraschenderweise funktioniert es tatsächlich!
Nicht zuverlässig!!
Bei meiner ersten Buchung bekam ich kurz vorher einen Anruf, dass es eine Stunde später wird - das war mir zu spät. Da schickten sie mir kurzfristig ein Ersatzteam, das hat dann (nur mit leichter Verspätung) tatsächlich noch gut geklappt und lief effizient und problemlos über die Bühne. Bei meiner zweiten Buchung zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt habe ich allerdings eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht: auf meine Nachfrage und Bitte um Bestätigung hat niemand geantwortet, und es tauchte dann auch einfach niemand auf zum gebuchten Zeitpunkt, telefonisch war niemand erreichbar, SMS wurden auch nicht beantwortet!!! Ich kann die App leider nicht empfehlen, es scheint Glücksache zu sein, ob es klappt. 🙁
