Limited functionality, poor UX, buggy app

This app, much like the browser-based application, is slow, filled with bugs, and has a lousy user experience. V2 was released with some major flaws and managed to go backwards in functionality. We have to use RC because it’s about the only choice for our industry. If there were other options we would switch tomorrow.
