Whats the purpose of this app if everything just redirects me to the webpage? You are better off using the website

App is not user friendly at all. Can’t really get to the documents I am looking for. Just gets redirected here and there asking for SingPass all over again.

Keep crashing and unable to load the resale data at all time

What’s the point of this app when the functionality pushes you the mobile browser?Hopeless “Smart Nation”.

The app keep crash when trying search for nearby carpark. I see that it has been crashing since 5 years ago i wonder if HDB does any QA before publish their app?

Tried to make a temporary transfer of season parking online, the website suggested i download the app. Downloaded the app and a messaged popped out saying that since I may need to upload documents for proof, I should do so on their website.

The app seems to have malware injection. So much so when search queries are made on apple iOS, all searches on Firefox became the logo red tile of this app. There’s also a parking@HDB app which kept smsing for missing auto barrier at old airport road hawker centre, so which is which? It behaves like a phishing malware over app.

some functions still transfer you from the app to Safari web browser. why even have an app in the first place then? I'd rather just use the HDB web site.

Downloaded the App, open it, it gets hanged at “loading page” and then crash. Totally can’t access. Failure.

The app simply redirect you to the hdb website. If you can’t process within the app, what’s the intent of this app? A placeholder of links? It’s a waste of public funds to continue hosting this app.
