I logged on to the app this morning and it logged myself out on the Auto login because they did an update. I could not remember my password. Furthermore I had the incorrect email. I panicked and was extremely worried that all my data was lost. I messaged these people on Instagram and straightaway. They responded positively asked me security details and gave me all the information to log back on. Unlike these big conglomerate companies that take your money and don't have a good customer service and extremely difficult to get hold of. This cannot be said for this company, they are absolutely wonderful and the customer service is 2nd to none and I highly recommend using these people. Thank you thank you thank you 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Volatile on an iPad?
My team like this room booking app as it syncs between our devices immediately however that causes huge volatility with flashing and complete blanking out 2-3 times a day. We have to reboot to get the flashing to stop and to have a clear screen with all columns and rows featuring again.
Not had a chance to use this yet
Day 2 of inputting bookings, so far looks good. Unsure yet so will update when used enough. Leaving this review as constantly popping up to review but can’t really comment on it yet
Okay used for long enough and is fantastic, unfortunately now having to find another app as wanting €107 to continue using it for the year. If it had an option of paying €8.99 a month i would. Therefore watch when you download and use as eventually you will be charged.
