This app works correctly maybe 5% of the time. Otherwise they are always coming out with “updates” to fix buds that wind up creating even worse problem. The most recent update (June 6, 2024) has now made the app completely useless. I can’t even open it not quite as soon as I try to open the app. This app deserves zero stars

This app is glitches, I’m regularly having to restart, the ONLY option for saving contacts is giving the app access to ALLLL your personal contacts. This is terribly disappointing & this app is essentially of no use to me because I will not give it access to all my contacts.

Whenever I open my app to check a message it crash closes and I have to log in 2-3x before I can see my messages.

Complete buggy and broken platform. I get notifications that I have messages, then when I open the app there’s nothing there. I have to force close the app and start up several times, and then it’s just spam messages on a private business number

I do not like this platform - super prehistoric and a requirement for me to have. I feel like I am messaging from technology from the Old Testament

Hundreds of people at our company that are required to use this app for business purposes and not one person has had a positive experience and to add insult to injury, their tech-support department will repeatedly tell you to send a report from the app, reset your phone, uninstall the app and possibly reinstall again which lost me all of my data saved and they failed to suggest backing the data up prior to that. At the end of the day the answer is always the same: our IT department has investigated the issue and they tell you to contact your carrier as they claim all messages were sent. I give credit where credit is due and I always remain unbiased when it comes to negative reviews as a barely write reviews to begin. I cannot begin to tell you how embarrassing it has been over two years with this app and having to call clients from a landline to see if they are receiving and sending messages per IT Dept. ironically I do not see any recent reviews on the Apple App store with the last five years and I highly doubt that anyone will see this posting as well and perhaps that speaks volumes. And lastly, the only outside the box suggestions they mentioned on one occasion was to use WhatsApp. Who wants to call hundreds of clients and ask them to download an app that they may or may not want to use to simply communicate outside a multitude of normal channels? That’s akin to someone conceiving a new language and requesting everyone else learn and be forced to use it immediately aa well. Caveat emptor... 8/10/22 still no resolution to our original problems although it’s been almost half a year later. and now, I am travelling to multiple states in our country and I am getting service not available messages from everyone who is trying to talk text me on your app Norma able to make any calls or send any text messages. this is not just myself making the statement. i’m hearing this from several hundred people in our company. The CEO Guy Levit Was also CCed on several emails and I guess he doesn’t care about any of his clients because he didn’t contact us nor make it a point to get these issues rectified. I would prefer to do business with a snake oil salesman than this company or its CEO!!!
