This app is constantly crashing, won’t let you log in and just spins trying to buffer. It doesn’t synch and frequently needs to be deleted and reloaded. I need this app for my job and it’s frustrating when it isn’t working. Seems to be an issue for Android users the most. My manager reached out and entered a support ticket with no resolution.
When doing inspections, the app tends to crash and close out. Which is a hassle.
I believe a lot of employees are going to refuse to work for companies that use this type of clunky software…
Displays terrible, clunky and display is narrow

Users who do not hold a supervisory role should not have the authority to assign tasks to those who are in charge. Lastly, the system should implement a mandatory note section when completing work orders or service requests. This would enforce technicians to provide essential details about the task, ensuring clear communication and accurate records. I have never had the displeasure of using an app that crashed or reset itself as frequently as this one. I have not once ever completed a task on here without experiencing an issue that forces you to start over. Far and away the worst app I’ve ever used. Couldn’t recommend loudly enough finding a different app for you PMS needs
App needs to be updated
This app doesn’t even run full screen and the formatting looks like it was for an iPhone 4. Please revamp the app, it’s been long overdue
