Mobile FNB

I have turned in my issue twice with the mobile deposits not working. Now my husband’s app won’t allow him to deposit from his phone. I am having to move money from my savings account to cover my bills while I wait to get my husband’s check to bring to town to deposit. It’s aggravating.

I’ve been banking here since 87. They have always been good to me. Thanks FNB.

I love that I can mobile deposit and never have to make daily trips to the bank anymore! App is very smooth and easy to navigate! Way to go FNB McAlester

After updating mobile phone to 2.19.2 password does not work, if you hit skip password it take you into your acct. I’m use iPhone 8 with latest firmware. Other than that this is really good app, have used it for 2 years.

App won’t allow sign in. In past 24 hours have been able to sign in once but didn’t display up to date information.

Everything works fine, except sometimes it’s slow

I recently moved to Texas but wanted to keep my account in McAlester. I love having access to view my transactions, balances, and especially to be able to deposit checks. Right now other than family, my bank is my only tie to my beloved Oklahoma!

This app is incredibly unreliable and slow. It wont even open now after their last “update”. On the days the app actually works its very slow and takes DAYS to update my account. Changing banks is something I need to do soon. First National in McAlester is always unreliable. The app never works, their atms work about half the time, and customer service is severely lacking. Zero stars
