Useless & doesn’t work. Binding ok, but when it comes to testing , keeps failing, timing out errors. End up phoning to get it activated. This is supposed to make it easier, but ends up taking longer than before.

I hate installing Vodafone. The whole process takes too long. You bind the box You install the box, remembering to take photos along the way. It’s then a waiting game. Wait for it to activate Wait for it to appear in the test page. Wait Wait Wait Always waiting! And what’s the deal with the event recorder, that every other telematics installer has deemed unnecessary! I can have the box fitted in no time, but it takes even longer to complete the app side of the install and if the server goes down, which it does on a regular basis, it’s even worse.
