Very bad network connection and unfair algorithm
The game has unfair algorithms mixing me up with unexperience players , the game is unfair to people in different regions they are so biased towards their people, the game has a bad network connection it’s unfair when I have a bad network connection playing in rank and when you lose the match they deduct a star it’s so bad and unfair Stop mixing me up with amateurs, I’ve been struggling to pass my normal level bc of the biased system

I hate the queue it takes so long find a match like there are literally millions of people playing this game it still takes so long to find a match I once waited in the lobby for 30 whole minutes 😡😡🤬
Lag issues
Don’t know why Nigerian server keeps lagging even with good net
Matchmaking problem is critical and the progression of the game is bad
It takes so long for a match to be found. Have waited 10mins just to find a match it really annoying. Love the game alot ,am an addict but you can’t go against players that are higher level than you with their upgraded emblems why is that even a thing. It really hard to keep up as a beginner. Please find a new system.
Banning of heroes
The new banning of heroes in Rank doesn’t make any sense you guys should take it back to 6 instead of 10
Muting
The way u mute players is just so stupid….u give us bots to play with u make us annoyed we insult them then u mute us? You guys try to use your brain pls either u delete the text button so we know we don’t have to text in game or u stop giving us bot….well either ways we may as well start deleting your game….it was better last 2 years. Now your system is just trash

Amazing game! P.S: Thank You for improving the Nigerian server. We have green ping when we play and Ranked games too. This has made the gaming experience for those playing ML in our server much more enjoyable. You are awesome ! Keep up the good work!
Account creating problem
Hi Moonton, I noticed a difficulty in creating a new account, I need a new phone in order to have a new account and for just one account that’s super annoying especially when you don’t have access to another device, I think a change so as to have multiple accounts on a single device would really help those people who are trying to practice new heroes but can’t due to the fact that the can’t have multiple account, hopefully we can get something like this in one of the future updates
