Stopped working
App stopped working completely and wouldn’t open up. I deleted and reloaded it and it still didn’t work. Also restarted my phone and still the problem persisted.

How To Use:
1. Follow the text prompts to download Mobile Pay, access your Mastercard and choose to save it to your card wallet.
2. Open your card wallet or the Mobile Pay app to access the card.
3. For in-store purchases at participating merchants follow the prompts to use the “Tap and Go” facility.
4. For online purchases, open the Mobile Pay app and tap the card image to find your card number, expiry and CVC to enter at checkout.
5. Open the Mobile Pay app to view transaction history, expiry and card details.

Can’t use my gift card
Have a gift card with significant amount on it that I can’t access. Support is garbage, automated responses to emails and call centre if you get through doesn’t help get anything resolved.

Crashes every time. Contacted support and had to keep following up emails and eventually was told a replacement voucher would be sent out, however it never came

I have contacted support to see when the app will be fixed. I have cards on this app which I’m trying to access to see the remaining balance. The app crashes and will not open. Contacted support on the 18th Jan 2022 and still haven’t received a reply. 😡😡😡😡

Absolutely zero support. I have contacted them via their email address three times with no response. What a joke. I have many hundred dollars in gift cards loaded on this app and cannot access them because the app crashes every time I try to open it. Is this going to get fixed and if not, what’s to come of my loaded cards?!

App won’t open on my phone. Just a blank white screen. Very frustrating when you want to use a card for payment

This app is completely useless. It just shows a blank screen when I open it. I have reinstalled it multiple times but still can’t access any of my cards!

Absolutely BS company Could not use activation code contact them and ask send replacement card Never arrive. Do not use them. They are ******
Terrible is understated
I hope my company can recover the $150 and donate to animal care groups. I won’t be using this stupid app!
