UPNP isn’t working if iOS VLC has connected to the UPNP server prior to opening this app or if you’ve used this app exited then tried again. Tried connecting via universal media player. Can only believe it is a bug caused by the phone having the same IP address and not being recognised as a renderer on second access of the server. Please fix.

Yep, this is the one you want, as long as you're willing to buy the full version, but it's worth it. (Free version of this only lets you watch 5mins of video). I never write app reviews, but after the time & $ I spent getting VR apps I figure this might save someone else the same hassle. I RARELY pay for apps & hesitated buying this thinking I could find a free one that could do what I wanted but found them all lacking. If you're like me, you can't help but do your own research & decide for yourself anyway, but likely you'll come to the same conclusion as me & end up getting this. I find it odd that other, much worse, VR apps appear higher in the results when searching the App Store. It could be improved of course, it's not perfect, but it's pretty close, which should earn it 4 star rating, but I gave it 5 because it's currently the best there is (that I could find anyway) At the very least give the free version a try & then decide for yourself. -Dec 23rd 2016-

Great app for watching movies in many formats including 180/360 degrees.
Awesome VR player, the only one I use as it does everything.
One of the most user unfriendly apps I've ever used.
