Downloading PDF takes time to download
The needs more improvement, I find it longer to wait for my bill to download via PDF, sometimes it won’t download. I hope this gets to the Dev team to enhance this feature. I like the new app.

Every time I update this app I’ll always coming back to enter my account again. It is very hassle! Please bring back the paper billings. Also, I cannot check my balance since its always on (-) negative. Poor service.
Why always update?
Grabe every month nalang ang update pero wala juy improve ang inyong app. Intawn tarong pod mo oy.
App too slow, not working well
This app is outdated. I just want to have a paper bill again.. Can't check the balance.. always having errors... i need paper bill so i can pay on time.
Poor performance
The app itself is so laggy, everytime I try to log in to my account it just freezes. Please fix these problems
getting worse every year.
the app crashes multiple times and the app can sometimes only be use after several days. very inconvenient especially whenever i need to see the bill
