mobilecharge è la soluzione semplice per gli operatori e gli utenti delle stazioni di ricarica. Che si tratti di una Amministrazione immobiliare, inquilino, datore di lavoro, dipendente o albergo, la fatturazione dei costi non è più un problema! Basta fatturare ed iniziare a caricare!
L'applicazione mobilecharge consente di conoscere in qualsiasi momento il consumo energetico e i costi delle stazioni di ricarica.
Pagamento - nessun problema! Sono disponibili tre opzioni di pagamento: Twint, Apple Pay e carta di credito. Se si desidera, l'applicazione mobilecharge può anche addebitare automaticamente i pagamenti. Un allarme via e-mail impedisce l'addebito delle transazioni.
Attenzione: l'app può essere utilizzata solo dagli utenti registrati dagli operatori del sistema.

Funktioniert nicht
Runter geladen, wollte eine RFID-Karte hinterlegen, aber das „+“ lies sich nicht anwählen. Direkt wieder deinstalliert.
Funktioniert alles
Die App ist einfach und funktioniert einwandfrei. Alles läuft so, wie es soll. Man kann die Ladungen übersichtlich einsehen, was die Nutzung sehr bequem macht.

I could not activate my account
Instabil
Saldo stimmt jeweils erst nach mehrmaligem aktualisieren der App. Die Ladungen werden schon seit Tagen nicht mehr angezeigt (App löschen und neu installieren hat nicht geholfen). Preis nicht ersichtlich!
Strompreis fehlt
Ich kann nirgendwo sehen, wie der Preis pro KWh ist. Das will ich wissen bevor ich mit der Ladung beginne.
Unbrauchbar!
„Scan and charge“? Leider komplette Fehlanzeige! Der dienst ist wohl nur für Hotels und Stationenbetreiber sinnvoll, und man muss sich von einem solchen „zertifizieren“ lassen,, um laden zu können. Sofort wieder gelöscht, da absolut sinnfrei! (Immerhin ist der beim Hotel bezahlte Energiepreis mit CHF -.50 einigermassen fair im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern.)
Wann wird die App wieder funktionieren
Seit 08.09.2023 ist die App sehr träge. Wann wird die App wieder funktionieren? IOS16.6.1 app braucht ca.30sek zum starten (rädchen dreht) jeder klick braucht weitere 15-30sek bis die gewählte ansicht angezeigt wird.
