App was decent, but they never want to fix things right away. Cheeks

Overall great app to manage and move through however the map keeps showing up in the middle of the Arctic Ocean even though it knows where I’m at and it stopped showing my route in the map which just makes route planning longer on my end

I work with a lot of people who primarily use iPhones and using the app is a struggle. For androids it works perfectly. There needs to be an update that benefits both phones because it causes a hindrance to those who have an iPhone.

We can’t see maps on this app! There is not any update and I installed this and installed again ! Same ting!!!! Its sooo annoying

My map doesn’t work at all and hasn’t since the last update. I’m assuming because I’m not really sure that they update this app. It definitely takes some time getting used to and figuring out all the little quirks as it is not user-friendly. There’s no zoom feature on the camera which makes capturing photos default when you’re in close quarters. The concept of the app is nice. It just needs a little work. Did I mention my map hasn’t worked for a month?

CANNOT even see the map. I work inside people’s homes, maybe some type of category for damages were we can record pre existing damages!!!! Customer can lie easily and get away with thing. But the worse is when a customer home is already falling apart and they try to claim us hahaha how sad and all because of THIS STUPID APP! Thank you! Fix issues ASAP

The most recent update for iPhone does not let me see the route on a map. Been thinking someone would say something before me. As for a suggested improvement….When picking up multiple orders from shipper… It would be helpful to be able to take pictures and make comments about the condition of materials of individual orders at pickup. I deliver building materials and I need the ability to show that I didn’t cause damages to material. For instance, broken drywall, ripped open concrete bags, lumber with forklift gouges. Of course, I guess the shipper would have to request that function be turned on and they may not want that.
