Too complicated for older people. Harder to find person to pay. There are many complaints from individuals.

Cause you very much know people don’t go to other countries ever. I can roam for free in 20 something countries but I can’t pay for food in Denmark because in many places they only take this app as payment. But first I need to go get a contract with a local network provider for the pleasure of paying for my food. This is ridiculous and there’s no excuse.

Besides a slightly vague app name, the complaints that it only works for Danish numbers are invalid. THIS IS A DANISH SERVICE FOR DANISH TELEPHONE NUMBERS. Description is in Danish Description says you need a Danish number For security, it makes sense to be able to track the number associated with a bank account. Danish security is brilliant. Scams are everywhere. The convenience is available because security measures are in place to protect the user. This is not a business like other apps. This is a service provided to Danish residents. Expecting it to work as a business anywhere is bizarre except the vague app name which I guess could be confusing if searched for keywords.

This app needs updating so people with UK +44 mobile numbers can use it... 2019 not 1919!!!

I have nem ID and CPR nr but english tel no. so cannot use mobilepay. I spend a lot of time in dk but it would seem mobilepay are still living in the dark ages

The app only works if you have a Danish mobile number. Unacceptable in the 21 century global world.
