Description
MobileService è la soluzione per i servizi di assistenza tecnica. Redige rapportini di intervento sul lavoro svolto. L'applicazione consente di digitalizzare le procedure di pianificazione e reportistica degli interventi ottimizzando tempi e risorse.
In ogni momento della giornata ogni singolo addetto visualizza gli interventi di sua competenza e viene informato in tempo reale su eventuali impegni aggiunti o modificati. Per ciascuna assistenza dispone di tutte le informazioni necessarie ad eseguire efficacemente l'intervento (luogo di esecuzione con visualizzazione mappa, tipologia di intervento, referente aziendale del cliente, eventuali annotazioni del responsabile tecnico, priorità ecc.).
Ad assistenza conclusa redige il rapporto di lavoro su tablet o smartphone, sul quale il cliente può apporre direttamente la firma per accettazione.
