Difficult to use

Sometimes this application is not able to process the payment. It is hard to reboot it when it suddenly crashes. No information in other languages than polish. And yet this app can save a day when you cannot buy your ticket anywhere else

Complicated

Great app idea, but built absolutely horribly bad. In the old version I could make payments through ING Bank, but had to click on about 7–8 different buttons to finalise the transaction. After this last update however, the payment via ING Bank is no longer working at all. Something working very poorly now don't work at all. How can this be when Mobilet is the only (?) way to pay electronically for bus/tram/metro tickets in Poland.
