First of all, I didn’t manage to register from the phone, because registration is made in in-app browser that just doesn’t work properly. I had to do it from laptop and then login from the phone to finish the registration (to upload driver license)
Then, I tried to book a van (but it’s called Transport in the app 🤷♂️) and I can’t see the model of the car, I want to use for moving out from the apartment and need to know dimensions of the car which is impossible to know without knowing the model.
If you try to use the map - it’s also nightmare. By clicking on the car or parking (it’s not clear what it is) on the map you just get an error message.
Dear developers, if you need some really great examples of UI for car-sharing app check out Yandex Drive or Delimobil. Or at least Share Now which is not so great but still much better than Mobility.
Katastrophale App
Dringender Overhaul nötig. App sieht aus wie aus 2011 und funktioniert dementsprechend. Nebst vielen Details scheint mir das grösste Problem, dass einem keinerlei Angaben zu den Fahrzeugen angezeigt werden. Es wäre doch sehr cool, zu einem super Service noch eine super App zu haben.
Login nicht möglich
Naja habe vor 30 min das abo gemacht sollte mein Fahrausweis irgendwie auf der app einscannen. Nur geht dies nicht da beim klicken des login buttons die seite lädt und immer neu lädt so das man nichts eintippen kann.
Optimization idea
App works very well, but please consider using Apple Maps instead of Google Maps in the iOS version. Apple Maps provides much better privacy and has a more recent map of Switzerland (updated in 2022).

Notlösung
Bei den Tarifen eine absolute Notlösung. Für die meisten ist ein eigenes Auto deutlich günstiger. Funktioniert ganz okay, App ist aber noch in den Kinderschuhen.
Login zu kompliziert
Die App ist schlicht und einfach zu bedienen, aber jedes Mal muss ich mich neu einloggen, wenn ich sie öffne. Wäre es vielleicht an der Zeit, einen modernen Login per Gesichtserkennung oder Fingerabdruck zu ermöglichen? Der Carsharing-Service ist prima gelöst.

Ausser Parkplätze in Thun Bahnhof! Sehr, sehr eng. Für ältere Menschen kaum möglich ein- oder auszusteigen.
Wär schon gut wenn man dies ändern könnte!
