1/ You CANNOT pay with an American Express, Visa, or MasterCard not issued in Europe (for example: USA…). I am not even sure how this does not breach card agreement with Amex, Visa, MC. 2/ the website and the mobile app do not share the same account… I.e. if you create an account of the mobile app you can’t log into the website… 3/ my profile was initially rejected because my American driver license was less than 1 year old… I have a license in France since 1987 and since 2014 in the US. Had to call in the support to get my profile accepted. 4/ I had to switch off the WiFi to allow my profile validation to go through because the connection was deemed “unstable”. Overall, a nonsensical user experience if you are a tourist or expat from abroad.

The price is great, assistance is good too and overall it was a great experience. I’ll recommend and will definitely use again. If you have never used an electric car before there a few things you need to prepare to, on your own, so get ready to do some research. Not a huge deal though.

This app is worthless and a waste of time. I have spent two weeks trying to create an account but continue to receive an error message “ an error happened in the attempt to connect to the server” I have reported this twice by email to Renault and called their tech-support twice. I have received two different answers. No one seems to understand why it does not work on an iPhone running iOS 14.8. I am beyond frustrated. Also, you have to upload six photos, and two pages of demographics data before it pings the server, and only then do you find out that the server is not working. The program should tell you after the first screen so you do not waste so much time taking and uploading six photographs.

Why did you block the copy and past function. I have to fill manually all the information. Ridiculous

Ho utilizzato il servizio di car sharing 3 volte. La prima volta è filato tutto liscio. La seconda volta, l’auto era a 20km dal punto di ritiro. La terza volta, la prenotazione è stata cancellata con una laconica mail. Ora non trovo più nessuna auto prenotabile, come se il servizio non fosse più attivo.

Maleducati ed incapaci

Mi hanno addebitato costi per NON aver utilizzato la macchina dopo averla prenotata e pagata. (Cosa interessa a loro se io prendo la macchina un’ora dopo se comunque i soldi li hanno già trattenuti?). Inoltre, effettuando una successiva prenotazione ho trovato la macchina al 5% e ho dovuto ricaricarla a spese mie stando ferma UN’ORA sotto il sole e scaricando mille applicazioni. Se qualcuno non ha internet sul telefono praticamente rimane a terra per strada. È inammissibile in quanto le macchine dovrebbero essere tutte almeno al 25% quando le prenoti. Ladri inqualificabili e poco professionali. Questa è mafia. Le macchine elettriche dovrebbero fallire, altro che futuro.

Molti dettagli e processo di valutazione molto lenta. Da oltre 45 minuti sto cercando di valutare il profilo ma senza successo e senza nessuna indicazione su cosa fare
