I have been trying to get in touch with Mobily for about 2 weeks now, they eventually text me back with a non-automated reply yesterday and after my explaining the issue of overcharging, extremely poor customer service, leaked privacy data & misleading terms, I receive a reply to the effect that I should make a submission via the ‘help’ button on the App. This is exactly what I had done 2 weeks ago and that got me nowhere, it seems like they just want to overcharge and hope that disgruntled customers will get tired of trying to get the complaint heard, acknowledged & resolved. Very poor service…..would never recommend them. Am still pursuing my complaint.
