With MOBIshuttle, the new on-demand service by Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe AG (DVB), you can travel flexibly and individually - completely independent of fixed timetables and routes. Whether you want to get to the nearest stop, to the doctor's office or to work, MOBIshuttle will take you safely and comfortably to your destination.
Install the app, register and off you go!
Get shuttled: Simply enter your journey request and the MOBIshuttle app will suggest a suitable connection and tell you the fare. The fare is based on the VVO tariff and is reduced if you have a valid public transport ticket.
Your MOBIshuttle is available for you on demand. It extends the existing train and bus services in the districts of Neustadt, Pieschen and Klotzsche. Pickup and drop-off take place at fixed stops. This can be a DVB stop or a virtual stop such as an intersection or a tourist attraction. A total of 2,800 stops are displayed in the app. For each booking, the optimal boarding point near your starting point is selected.
By the way, with MOBIshuttle you are actively contributing to climate protection. Your MOBIshuttle runs on electricity and combines the journeys of passengers who have a similar destination. This means that you may share the MOBIshuttle with other passengers. This saves resources and is good for the environment.
How it works:
1) Register: Enter your name, email address and payment details.
2) Book a ride: Choose your starting point and destination. Your location will be determined automatically, but you can also set addresses manually. Then enter the number of passengers and, if available, your valid public transport ticket. You can book journeys for multiple people - also barrier-free. Then choose your favourite from the suggested journeys and book it at the price shown. The app shows you the way to your boarding point, which you can easily reach by walking.
3) MOBIshuttle ride: Follow the arrival of the vehicle in real time and let the MOBIshuttle take you comfortably and safely to your destination.
4) Payment: When you arrive at your destination, simply pay for your ride in the app.
